Occupational Hygiene Surveys
A critical part of compliance, control, and continuous improvement Occupational Hygiene Surveys are formal assessments used to evaluate worker exposure to health hazards such as noise, hazardous chemical agents, thermal stress, vibration, and ventilation. Some surveys may require the involvement of an Approved Inspection Authority (AIA), depending on legal and industry-specific requirements.

When are Occupational Hygiene Surveys required?
Surveys may be required:
- At least once every two years for certain regulated hazards
- Whenever workplace processes or conditions change significantly
- Following a health risk assessment that identifies new or ongoing hazards
